Jason Molnar
Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Jason received a full Army ROTC scholarship to Xavier University where, in 2006, he matriculated as a Distinguished Military Graduate with a commission into the United States Army as an Armor/Reconnaissance Officer. Following specialty training and many tactical schools, Jason arrived at the 3rd Infantry Division in Savannah, GA where he had the honor of leading an Armored Reconnaissance Platoon to Iraq in October 2007. Jason’s platoon of warfighters fought through Al Qaeda strongholds in South Baghdad’s “Triangle of Death” resulting in multiple awards for valor and heroism. Jason considers these formative years in combat foundational in his development as an officer, leader, and man. Jason continues to serve today as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.
After leaving active duty service, Jason pivoted his significant combat experience into private industry targeting support for U.S. Special Operations forces located across the globe. As part of a large team of intelligence experts, Jason helped grow intelligence analysis capabilities within the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) resulting in the creation of a Director of National Intelligence (DNI) intelligence collaboration node. In addition to targeting support, Jason’s intelligence areas of expertise include multi-int analysis focused on Baltic ground and air forces.
After many years working in national intelligence, Jason received encouragement to start his own business from his smarter and much more attractive wife. He realized that dream in July of 2020 with the founding of Infinity Labs; an R&D firm focused on disruptive science acceleration. Jason currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Infinity Labs and is privileged to work with fellow entrepreneurs and dreamers.
Jason has a B.S. in Forensics from Xavier and an M.A. in Strategic Intelligence from American Military University with a focus on data analytics. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College and Advanced Operations Course.
After many years abroad with the Army, Jason returned to Ohio in 2010 living in both Cincinnati and now Columbus. In Columbus, he spends most of his time enjoying life with his wife and three children. On occasion, Jason enjoys bowhunting white tail deer in the hills and hollers of Hocking, Ohio and riding his motorcycle.
