We have different pathways depending on the wants and needs of our candidates.
doD Skillbridge
We are partnered with the DoD Skillbridge program and offer an internship with a partnered school district. The candidate receives 1 on 1 mentorship for up to 180 days with a mentor teacher, while serving as an intern with the mentor teacher.
University Partners
If a candidate needs a bachelor's or master's degree in order to teach (depending on the state), we help them pick the right university. We are partnered with several veteran-friendly universities and colleges.
Alternative Certification programs
For those wanting to enter the teaching profession but lacking an education degree or specific education classes, the alternative certification process accelerates the route to the classroom.
k-12 Schools
If a candidate already has a teaching certification or can obtain an alternative certification, we can get them hired directly with one of our partnered school districts.
